We are looking for story tellers, neighbourhood hosts and authentic characters.   Set in the food mecca that is Adelaide Markets this is a hotel for locals and visitors alike.  The second Hotel Indigo to be launched in Australia, Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets comprises 145 guest rooms, a lively restaurant and a soon to be iconic roof top bar with panoramic views of Adelaide, this hotel is going to set the trend for local dining and cosmic cocktails. Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets will open its doors to a wide array of  domestic & international boutique hotel guests and the hotel will employ over 60 colleagues aka "Neighbourhood hosts" across multiple disciplines.

We are currently seeking Part Time Restaurant & Bar specialists to join our Hotel Services team . A specialist in creating outstanding guest experiences you will be with our guests every step of the way - from arrival through to departure. We all work together closely so these colleagues will be multi-talented superstars. You'll be at home whether looking after guests in our ground floor restaurant or Rooftop Bar.

These roles will begin in February 2021.

Ideal candidates will come with strong Food & Beverage experience and a willingess to learn other areas of the hotel. We are looking for a combination of experience, attitude and aspirations to grow. 

• Guests will come to you with questions, concerns and compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to and demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Our Neighbourhood hosts will ideally bring a passion for the Adelaide region and be willing to immerse themselves to continually build their knowledge.
• Your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
• These roles will work a rotating roster so it's important to know that weekends, public holidays and in some nights are all part of the job
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (SA/Nationally Accredited) will be required all roles working across Food & Beverage
• Candidates must hold current Australian working rights suitable to the position to be considered.
