Your day to day
We are currently seeking to hire a dynamic Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping Team. The successful candidate will be under the supervision of the Floor Supervisor.Under the general supervision of the Floor Supervisor you will be responsible to provide a consistent room and bathroom product and service adjacent areas that meets the hotel’s standards for cleanliness and presentation. You will be responsible to maintain guest rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms and cupboards according to set standards and procedures. Release check out rooms through the telephone system as clean & vacant. Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met. Process maintenance requests through Espresso service to make sure that there is follow up in a timely manner. Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for self development. Reports and submits lost and found articles to superior immediately. Maintains equipment and keeps own working area clean. Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety and ensure your direct reports do the same.
What we need from you
The ideal candidate should have a minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within hospitality industry. Should be customer oriented, a team player and able to communicate in English fluently.
